A strong southerly flow is returning a limited amount of moisture to the Chicago area this morning resulting in clouds as well as some patchy light drizzle. Any rain today is expected to be very light. A few heavier showers are likely tonight ahead of a strong cold front that will sweep through northern Illinois around Midnight.
FESTIVAL FORECAST: Cloudy, scattered showers
TEMPS: Mild, 50F to 55F, falling sharply into the 30s after Midnight
WIND: Strong SW at 16-32mph gusting to 40mph
BELOW: Forecast map for 7PM indicating spotty showers will dot northeast Illinois. Best chance of rain is expected between 8PM and 1AM along and ahead of a cold front.
