Map of the city's historic third-heaviest snowfall on record

The National Weather Service office for Chicago located in Romeoville, Illinois has generated a map depicting the snowfall totals for the historic blizzard that hit the city Tuesday and early today. The heaviest snowfall totals depicted in red show the effect of Lake Michigan in enhancing the snowfall totals.
